Ke!endarian

Avian morphology. A race of alien birds with red eyes and large crests from Ke!enda!ar. Brightly feathered (think rainbow lorikeet) with long slim hands, partly feathered, and birdlike feet. They are renowned for the fairness and impartiality of their law courts, and they have arbitrated many disputes between other species.
Because of their hard beaks, the language sounds like bird song interspersed with beak clacks, represented by the ! when represented in Standard Galactic.
