Deltiri

Powerful long-distance telepaths; their abilities use quantum entanglement to find the intended message recipient. They do not have the ability of precognition, though they are aware of a very few beings (non-Deltiri) who possess it.

The majority have blue skin, fishlike faces with finlike ear shells, and their eyes tilt up at the outside corners when they smile. Some do present in other bright epidural colors, such as green, purple, and orange. They are tall/thin, often robed.
