A semi-sentient tumbleweed from Dryad in the Embelu system. First time seen on Earth in Texas Rangers. Capable of independent movement, often use prevailing winds, storm winds to travel long distances, travel in day, bed down at night, like to be warm, will use mammals as heat sources.
Often used as pets by inhabitants of that system.
