Urgir

The urgir is the inverse device from the hurgir. In the cases where the hurgir has simply compressed the excavated matter into the wall of the tunnel, the urgir can decompress it, then smooth over the surface, digitally mapping the adjacent surface and replicating it. This device's field creates a soft green glow between the decompression surface of the device and the material being decompressed. Like the hurgir, it is manufactured in almost every size, though there has been no attempt by the Deltiri to replace a mountain once it has been removed.
