Persis Federation

Based in the Andromeda Galaxy. There are numerous species there, all of which seem to loosely resemble Earth cephalopods, and may be amphibious, or may once have been amphibious. They are run by an hereditary Premier.

The current Premier is Hsrs Syrsh. He is good friends with PGC VP Teela Krimnet, Division One Director Fox, and Alpha One.
