Black Helicopters

The black helicopters of the Agency have become lore in urban myth—probably because they are the most likely to be seen and recognized. They are relatively standard helicopters of various manufacture/ models, with a range of sizes available, determined by type of mission. All are black, and all have been outfitted with stealth rotors/ engines.
They possess passive cloaking, but no force field shielding.
