Division Twelve

Division Twelve's director is Ozur Eqan of Pwutagae.

Division Twelve, while in the galactic plane, is on the rim. Much of the early-warning security equipment is positioned here; the rest are in Division Thirteen and Fourteen, which are above and below the galactic plane, respectively.
