Zz'r'p ob Tii'rkin

Ambassador from Arcturus VII. Telepath. Deltiri.

Zz'r'p has bright blue skin and a fishlike face. His ear shells resemble fins. When he smiles, his eyes tilt up at the outside corners.

He was once married to a Deltiri named Aa'n'a, but she was killed in a workplace accident. After her nd't'lq dissipated, Zz'r'p transferred to Earth to serve as the Deltiri ambassador to escape the memories.

His Excellency is a skilled telepath with considerable training, certifications, and expertise. These certifications include telepathic interrogation and telepathic counseling. He is the counselor for both Omega and Echo, working them through their PTSD consequent to Slug's machinations (in Omega's case) and the Cortian torture (in Echo's case). He also trains Omega in her developing telepathic abilities, and tries to advise her on her precognitive abilities (Deltiri do not have precognition).

Zz'r'p has been at Division One Headquarters on Earth from very early on, and was present during Slug's original attempt to kidnap or kill the M'Queran ambassador.
