An Emdalian crime syndicate, one of three. The name means, "The Sixteenth Level of Hell" in Draconan. The syndicate was shut down in DO10, Break, Break Houston.

An Emdalian crime syndicate, one of three. The name in Reptoid means, "Brotherhood." It is currently the only one extant, and it has sworn the the Hiiissh Aarg’sshiibeek Ssluthiissht to Lord Pulgey Entiyti, promising to protect him and his, and to obey galactic law. At least one contingent of this group promptly broke the oath when the Cortians captured Echo and planned to auction him to the highest bidder, in DO11, Tourist Trap.

One of three Emdalian crime syndicates. The name means, "Bastards of Hell," in a Draconan/Reptoid polyglot. The syndicate was taken out in DO9, Head Games.
